CERTIFIED APPRAISAL REQUEST FORM

I request that a certified appraisal be done utilizing the National Aircraft Appraisers Association's evaluation process on the aircraft noted below. 

The appraisal inspection will consist of a careful visual examination of the aircraft. No inspection covers will be removed from the aircraft. All Aircraft, Engine, and Propeller log books must be available at inspection time.

 After payment of appropriate fees, you will receive an official Certificate of Appraisal along with copies of the appraisal worksheets.

This inspection will include:

• Confirmation of Aircraft Registration and Ownership

• Maintenance Records,  including  Airworthiness Directives

•  Damage History and Repairs

• Airframe Condition and Modifications

• Engine and Propeller Records and Modifications

• Interior, Avionics, and Instrumentation Inventory and condition

• De-Ice, and Safety Equipment

• Additional Equipment
